Ryoko Yoshida (吉田 良子, Yoshida Ryōko) is a character of the series Machikado Mazoku. She is a middle school student and the younger sister of Yuko Yoshida, but she seems to be a lot more mature than she (Yuko) is.

Ryoko has shoulder-length purple hair that is usually put to the side where it is a bit curly and purple eyes.
She usually wears her primary school uniform.
Personality[]
For a primary school student, Ryoko is very mature young girl who often reads books that are more often subjected for adults. Because she is so concerned about her sister, Ryoko aims to be someone who can strategize for Yuko Yoshida and defeat magical girls.
Etymology[]
- The name Ryoko means "good, virtuous, respectable" (良) (ryo) and "child" (子) (ko).
- Ryoko's surname Yoshida means "lucky, good" (吉) (yoshi) and "field, rice paddy" (田) (ta/da).
Trivia[]
- Ryoko's most favorite thing is the camera that Yuko Yoshida's bought for her by Yuko's own money.
- Ryoko quickly became friends with Momo Chiyoda.
- Because Ryoko shares the same blood with Yuko, she can go to Yuko's dreams.
- Ryoko was relieved to know that her father, Joshua, was sealed in a box. This is because she thought that he couldn't see his family because he was in prison.
- Although Ryoko does not gain horns and a tail like Yuko, she is still part of the Dark clan. Her mother Seiko Yoshida confirms this in Episode 1 of the anime.
