Lico (リコ Riko) is a character from the series Machikado Mazoku. Lico is a fox demon that serves as the waitress and the chef for Asura Cafe.
Appearance[]
Lico has pale light blue, neck-length short hair with fox ears. Her side bangs are tied with a blue ribbon and she wears a white dress shirt with a blue apron and a dark blue skirt along with black shoes.
However, Lico has shown that she can change her appearance to a small white fox about the size of a cat
Personality[]
Lico is very laid-back and tends to do whatever she wants. She can't read the mood. However, she is not arrogant, and is actually a nice girl.
History[]
Lico was given to Shirosawa by Sakura Chiyoda, who had helped him upgrade the passover barrier on his cafe and warn him of an upcoming disaster. She asked Shirosawa to give Lico a job, as she seems to know how to cook.
Trivia[]
- Lico frequently uses the honorific 'han' to address people. As an example, Yuko is called "Yuko-han" by her.
- She seems to have been an orphan or homeless before she was taken in by Shirosawa.
- Lico likes inarizushi, also called oinari, which is a type of sushi rice wrapped in fried tofu. Oinari can also mean inari okami, the god of foxes.
- A character closely resembling Lico made a brief appearance in Episode 12 of the anime, prior her official introduction. Whether this actually was Lico, or possibly just another similar fox demon, remains to be seen.
- Lico has a romantic interest towards Shirosawa, despite his objectionsover only being interested towards other tapirs
